How to Shop
Choose to see prices either with or without the value added tax. Delivery charges are added. Cash on delivery or invoice charges may be added.
All products can be seen enlarged by clicking on the picture or product name. When you choose what you want, please write in the number of items in the adjacent square and click to confirm. Continue by either choosing other products or by clicking checkout.
Conditions of payment
Payment is made in one of the following ways:
- Advance bank giro payment
- Visa or Master Card
- Invoice (only Swedish customers so far) through our service “Klarna Invoice”
- Pay in instalment (only Swedish customers so far) with "Klarna account"
Advance payment is made to the Africa Now bank giro account 5015-4236 or to our account at Handelsbanken 6111-308 637 178 or if you are paying from abroad to IBAN SE97 6000 0000 0003 0863 7178, SWIFT code: HANDSESS
Payment fees are SEK 20 for invoices. Products are usually delivered to post offices. Small sized products are delivered to your home mailbox.
Normal delivery times are not more than one week.
Small packages are delivered to your home mailbox. Otherwise, your products are delivered to the nearest post office or mail pick up station.
Conditions of product return
You are entitled to change to another colour, product, or return your product for a refund within 14 days. Please get in touch with us immediately If the product is damaged, defective or if you received the wrong product or number of products.

Before you return your package, please email us for instructions at firstname.lastname@example.org. Products are returned at your cost. Please send your unused product in its original package with any necessary documents. After we have received and checked the product, we will send you a postal cheque or deposit money your account that corresponds to the product value. Products mailed charge on delivery or requiring other delivery payment will not be accepted.
If you received a product that was damaged, otherwise defective, the wrong product or an incorrect number of products, please get in touch with us immediately by emailing email@example.com. We will mail you an address label so that you can return the product without any cost to you. After we solve the problem, we will of course mail the product to you without charge
Products mailed to us charge on delivery or requiring other delivery payment will not be accepted. In case of disputes, we will accept the judgement of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden).
